My name is Paul Williams, and for many years I've owned and operated Walsh Building Company in New Braunfels, Texas. Then, after 45 years of Residential and Commercial Construction experience, I made the decision to use that experience to start a second business, Walsh Inspection Services, a State Licensed Professional Inspection Company serving New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, and the surrounding areas. The hands-on skills learned from many years of planning, design, and construction of numerous projects are the same skills that now enable me to effectively fulfill my responsibilities as a Licensed Professional Inspector.

While working to obtain Inspector licensing, I was surprised to learn that most Inspector candidates had no construction experience whatsoever; their experience came from classes and text books only. My history of experience enables me to spot Deficiencies and recommend reliable contractors for needed repairs; it is the advantage Walsh Inspection Services provides over Inspectors with no homebuilding experience.
